My 360‑degree feedback process provides a comprehensive view of an individual’s strengths, impact, and development opportunities by gathering insights from the people they work with every day. Using best‑practice survey design and a structured, confidential process, I help individuals understand how their behaviour is experienced across different relationships and contexts. Every 360 includes a thorough debrief session, creating a supportive space for individuals to explore their results, reflect on patterns, and identify practical next steps. I can also add in an additional Psychometric assessment such as a Personality Questionnaire or an Emotional Intelligence Questionnaire to help gain further deep self-reflection to aid the process as needed.
